RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a temporary to permanent basis in Warwick, Rhode Island (RI). The hours of this position are 8 AM-4:30 PM. Summary: This is not a call center environment, and the primary communication for customer inquiries will be through email. Although, there will be some phone calls as well. The candidate will be involved in billing and entering order data into SAP. They will be responsible for following up with customers and researching any issues to find resolutions. The candidate will be assigned accounts that they will work with on a daily basis. This person will be interacting with different levels of the organization-from production to engineering. This is a fast-paced environment, but Customer Service Manager of the group will provide support. Additional projects may be assigned to candidate, such as extracting data from SAP and downloading it into Excel.
- Experience in SAP a plus
- Manufacturing experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
