Reporting to the Inside Sales
Manager, the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for working cooperatively
with the sales management team and customers to deliver exceptional sales and
customer support with the goal to grow sales at the appropriate gross margin
while increasing customer satisfaction for all Rexnord products and services
under Power Transmission. Contribute to
overall team success by identifying current customer trends, orders and
inquiries that promote the ease of doing business.

Experience and Skill Required
degree or 3-5 years of business-related experiences required
of Science Degree in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering,
Industrial Distribution; or other technical-based degree preferred

technical and mechanical aptitude with ability to work in a team environment
