Position Details

Provide general operational support for the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) and the Office of Community Engaged Learning (CELO), including event support, program communication, database and document management.

This is a twelve-month .75 FTE position, with .50 FTE support for CTL and .25 FTE support for CELO during the academic year; from June 1 to August 15, .75 FTE support for CTL and Division of Faculty Affairs, Annual Faculty Event, New Faculty Orientation and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Associate degree with one to three years of related experience required. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent service orientation and ability to interact with diverse constituencies. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail. Competency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, and MS Teams. Familiarity with database software such as Filemaker Pro and Tableau. Aptitude for learning software applications.

Desirable Qualifications

Effective written communication skills. Web publishing skills, especially familiarity with Drupal. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is flexible, creative, and resourceful. Survey design using MS Forms and Qualtrix.
