Then consider joining Kelly Educational Staffing as a Recruiting Assistant. The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for identifying, recruiting and prescreening talent for substitute and paraprofessional positions throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.
This is a full-time temporary contract position based in Farmington or New London, CT with the ability to travel to recruiting events and job fairs throughout Connecticut.
- Assist and develop recruiting strategies to identify top talent for open Substitute Teacher and Paraprofessional positions.
- Source and prescreen talent utilizing a variety of recruiting techniques including internal databases, job postings, referrals, job boards, internet sourcing, social media, cold calling, job fairs and other networking events.
- Maintain and renew job postings and recruiting materials.
- Facilitate the candidate selection process by conducting initial phone screens, talent assessment and scheduling interviews.
- Able to collaborate across geographic boundaries in a matrixed environment.
- Must be able to meet daily/weekly performance metrics.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Previous high volume recruiting experience a plus
- Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of customers.
- Able to develop strong relationships with customers and candidates.
M-F schedule, $17.00 - $19 per hour
