A prominent Los Angeles law firm seeks an accomplished Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join their sophisticated practice. In one of the worlds most complex and valuable real estate markets, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to handle high-stakes property matters.

Position **

Join an elite team handling complex real estate litigation for major developers, entertainment industry clients, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals across Southern Californias diverse property landscape.

Key *

  1. Lead complex real estate litigation matters from inception through trial.
  2. Handle commercial and residential property disputes.
  3. Manage construction litigation and contract disputes.
  4. Navigate landlord-tenant conflicts and property rights issues.
  5. Oversee title disputes and real estate fraud cases.
  6. Direct foreclosure proceedings and lending disputes.
  7. Guide clients through zoning and land use litigation.
  8. Supervise junior attorneys and support staff.

Minimum *

  1. JD from an accredited law school.
  2. 6+ years of dedicated real estate litigation experience.
  3. Active member of the California State Bar.
  4. Demonstrated trial experience.

Competitive compensation package ($180k-$250k) with partnership track opportunities.
