Fraud Vendor Adherence

Barclays Wilmington, DE (On Site) Full-Time
As a Barclays Fraud Vendor Adherence Lead, you will lead fraud agent readiness and manage performance within our Detections and Investigations back office. You will be responsible coaching and training the direct reports, management of performance of the agents, support for the areas of process stress and thorough communication with vendors. You will be collaborating with a number of colleagues in various functions across the bank including Fraud Operations, Strategy leaders, Audit, Complinace and legal owners to ensure alignment to the wider Barclays US Consumer Bank goals.

What will you be doing?

• You will be attending onboarding calls and leading training meetings
• Acting as a SME on the systems used by our agents and a 'go-to' person for any queries or concerns
• Monitoring performance and tracking all productive agents for attrition and absenteeism, you will be responsible for reviewing workforce demands
• Staying fully involved in training of the agents with special focus on empathy and social / cultural aspects
• You will be reviewing complaints, escalating as required and involved in follow up activity
• Conducting research to identify hot topics and sharing information with the relevant stakeholders
• Attending strategy and planning meetings with senior management
• You will be responsible for collecting quality and performance metrics analysis

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or communication experience
• Five+ years' experience in fraud management in the financial services industry
• Previous experience in team management role
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel for metrics and reporting purposes

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Proven risk and compliance experience
• Experience working within and leading operational teams
• LEAN or Sig Sigma working knowledge
• Comfort in working remotely, leveraging collaborative tools and video conferencing
