Our client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract.
Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
- Answer inbound calls
- Troubleshoot customer issues and transfer to the right department as needed
- Perform Data Entry as needed
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
