Key Responsibilities:

Leadership
  • Oversee creative team and guide the team through the creation, project management and delivery of hundreds of creative assets and campaigns per year.
  • Working closely with marketing, sales enablement, property marketing, and business stakeholders this leader is responsible for taking campaign strategy and developing thoughtful and innovative creative to support campaign goals.
  • Exert significant influence among colleagues and staff while engendering trust and inspiration.

Creative Direction
  • Conceptualize and art direct across all mediums including digital, print, motion graphics, video, copywriting, environmental and events.
  • Provide creative solutions and big ideas for key campaigns, internal initiatives and brand touchpoints.
  • Contribute to projects that will drive brand health and business value.
  • Direct and oversee design outputs from creative vision, to thought leadership, through flawless execution.
    Drive the evolution and management of brand standards, style guides, and design systems.

People Management
  • Scale and develop the Creative team to meet current and future needs, as well as provide people leadership and team development.
  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals, delegate responsibility, provide regular feedback and monitor accountability.
  • Nurture our in-house creative capabilities and lead the team responsible for creative conception, design, and production.
  • Set annual performance objectives, development plans, and conduct annual performance reviews with each direct report.

Collaboration
  • Collaborate within and across Marketing teams, Sales enablement teams, local, national, regional and global business line teams and other groups as required.
  • Work with local team ACDs to maintain consistent workflow, processes and ongoing operational needs.

Continuous Improvement
  • Responsible for the people/partners, process and tools that allow our creative team to efficiently prioritize and service a wide range of creative deliverables
  • Develop and implement creative operations strategies for the organization including but not limited to creative development, asset management, resource planning and tracking.
  • Cultivate a wide range of stakeholder partnerships including peer teams, internal customers, and external agency contacts.
  • Identify effective metrics and KPIs to judge the success of creative projects and develop feedback loops for continuous improvement and iteration


Requirements
  • 12+ years relevant, progressive experience
  • Experience supervising and delegating work successfully within collaborative teams, with a proven ability to provide effective feedback
  • Conceptual and strategic thinker with a strong ability to balance creativity with business objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational needs
  • Strong project management and operational mindset
  • A natural problem-solver, with an eye toward operational excellence
