The Sr. HR Manager will manage a team of 3 supporting 300 employees across 2 plant locations. The Sr. HR Manager will be a player/coach and will be responsible for coaching and developing managers, performance management, training and development, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HR Policies. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization with room for growth! Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of recent manufacturing experience is required.
