We are seeking candidates who are passionate about customer service and are ready to join one of our client's team! This is a temp-to-hire career opportunity.

Compensation: $10.00 / hour (overtime available)

Openings: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

Offering excellent customer service to customers throughout the United States.

Job Description:
1+ year's exceptional customer service experience
Must have intermediate computer skills/typing ability (will be asked to take a call center etiquette and typing test)
The ability to actively listen and multi-task while communicating with customers

Job Requirements

Requirements:
High school diploma
Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
Proficient using Microsoft office programs
Experience with CRM program a plus
Minimum Typing 25 WPM
