
Seeking a customer service representative! On a daily basis, this person will work in a team environment to answer customer service and help desk inquiries from medical providers and administrative staff regarding tax reporting. The hours for this position will be a set schedule between the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, M-F.
On a daily basis, agents will be receiving inbound calls from medical providers and administrators regarding federal tax reporting for Medicare. They will also field routine help desk inquiries and must be able to utilize/navigate multiple internal systems, while speaking with customers.
To be qualified for this position, 1 year of call center experience is required. Candidates must also have experience with Microsoft Office and have excellent attendance. A high school diploma is required, while an AA or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Medical terminology experience preferred.
