Description

The Business Banking Consumer QA/QC Analyst is responsible for executing on established QC program for Business Credit Services by gaining a thorough understanding and assessment of the current process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying exceptions to stated Business Banking credit policy and regulatory requirements. This role will require the ability to partner with business line and risk management to independently test the quality and consistency with credit policy requirements. This role will take ownership of root cause analysis and remediation coordination, if required.

Primary responsibilities include

* Conduct the Quality Control testing within Business Credit Services functions to meet all regulatory requirements, perform reporting of the results to leadership and ensure proper escalation processes are followed when necessary.
* Development of the Quality Control testing procedures to ensure compliance with our regulatory and internal policy requirements.
* Critical thinking skills required to recommend process enhancements and identify additional gaps.
* Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems.
* Proven ability to work independently with limited oversight.

Qualifications

* Strong experience in analyzing data and identifying process and procedure improvements.
* Strong experience in operational quality control testing practices.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of management and business partners.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

* Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years Bank credit, Risk or Analytics experience

Hours & Work Schedule

* Hours per Week: 40
* Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
