Reporting to the Vice President of Defense and Space, the candidate will be a strong, dynamic, and experienced global leader responsible for driving growth, strategic pursuit captures, developing win strategies and improving customer loyalty across Commercial Space programs and the Global Commercial Space market segment.
You will be responsible for developing the growth strategy, achieving key wins, and leading and developing strategic capture plans utilizing multi-product, multi-site approaches. The successful candidate should have the proven ability to build strong teams and to consistently deliver on yearly AOP growth commitments through cross-functional leadership of the extended Customer Core Team in pursuit of business development and growth objectives.
This role has broad executive engagement across all customer lines of business and will also interface with Honeywell Aerospace executive management and all Space Portfolio Product Line Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and win new growth opportunities within the Global Commercial Space industry
• Achieve business objectives impacting wins and growth pipeline expansion.
• Develop and execute broad strategies to secure short- and long-term business.
• Deliver winning proposals and strong, customer specific, value propositions.
• Establish and cultivate customer relationships with key stakeholders globally
• Validate and achieve 3-year and 5-year Strategic Plan (STRAP)
• Provide leadership and coaching to extended pursuit team.
• Identify, assess, acquire, and develop the critical skills and behaviors for the growth strategy.

YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor's degree required in Business or Engineering.?
• Minimum 10 years of Commercial Space segment business development or business management
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with large, global, diverse teams.?
