The long-term temporary-to-full-time Project Assistant role will be based in Woodinville, Washington. Responsibilities - Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress - Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events - Reviewing data, creating reports, proofreading and editing materials, and preparing presentations - Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications - Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Managing the distribution of project information to key partners - Using online resources to research information

Job Requirements

- 2+ years in a business/office setting required - Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint and Outlook - Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred - Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Microsoft Word experience preferred - Solid understanding of project management - Microsoft Excel experience highly desired - Deep understanding of customer service - Knowledge of vendor relations and sourcing - Understanding of database and file management
