BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

$100,000 - $115,000/Year

Adecco Permanent Recruitment partners with great companies throughout the country to help them recruit and hire the licensed professionals they need to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

One of our best clients is hiring BCBAs to provide in-home therapy services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.

  • Leading the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers

  • Conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)

  • Possible supervision of other Clinical professionals seeking BCBA certification


Requirements:

  • BCBA certification.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

  • Lower-than-average billable hours requirement (27 hours per week)

  • Smaller-than-average caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week)

  • Flexibility in scheduling where and when you work


These positions offer an exceptional total compensation package!
 

  • Salary in the $100K range!

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
