Job Description

If you have excellent customer service experience and optical skills, then this is your opportunity! Volt has paired with a great Optical Company in the city of North Hollywood. Please read below job description and if you have the right skills, we would love to speak with you!

Hours are 8:30- 5:00pm (Flexibility and OT as Needed)

DESCRIPTION:
• Customer service - communicating directly with clients to resolve issues and answer any questions.
• Fold and prepare boxes for mailing. Utilize computer to create and re-print labels as needed and sort accordingly. Utilize postage machine to create appropriate postage for First Class Mail.
• Perform other duties within the department and assist in other areas as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with General Manager, Supervisor, Lead and other lab team members.

SKILLS:
• Optical knowledge and experience.
• E commerce experience a plus
• Customer Service - comfortable speaking with customers multiple times in the day.
• General Computer: Email, Google docs, chat, excel, DVI, etc.
• Ability to multitask and willing to learn new skills.
