Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting for a Recruiter for our industrial services client to help the business grow its operational, sales and support teams. This is a tight knit organization and everyone at all levels are expected to roll up their sleeves and work together for 100% customer satisfaction. This position will be the face of the company at industry recruiting events and must have the highest level of integrity and enthusiasm. To be considered for an interview, candidates must have the following:

• 3+ years as a true recruiter and the ability to build a plan to expand existing departments and help create new roles as the company continues to grow and evolve
• Bachelors degree in business or human resources
• Must be a self-guiding and self-motivating individual who can guide the recruitment process with little to no supervision and have an entrepreneurial spirit believing your role directly influences the future success of the company
• Ability to handle both high level and day to day functions with stellar communication skills to work directly all levels and all departments and the ability to travel locally and regionally to attract top talent.
