About the Role

Help grow our expanding global team! Reporting to the Chief of Staff, and assisting Leadership and Hiring Managers, in this role, you will be responsible for leading internal recruitment efforts for our team from sourcing to signed offer letters. You will work with a dynamic team where you will juggle a variety of responsibilities, work hard, make an impact, and get the job done. You will be responsible for candidate lead generation, screening, candidate assessment, interview preparation, and offer negotiations. The ideal candidate will be outspoken, detail-oriented, and relentless in their quest for perfection. To thrive in this role, your strengths should be in superior follow-up and follow-through, driving effective hiring recommendations, and taking ownership of the recruitment process from application to offer. This position is a contract-to-hire position, with an evaluation at 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Recruit for open positions & identify appropriate recruiting sources
  • Work with hiring managers to restructure our recruitment process
  • Comfortable with a performance-focus culture
  • Owning the entire recruitment process from candidate outreach to signed offer
  • Manage other internal and external projects with consistent and persistent follow up
  • Identify ways to increase the hiring funnel
  • Regularly communicate with our Chief of Staff on KPI updates
  • Ownership-mentality with owning Recruitment and HR processes and department improvements
  • Route resumes to points of contact and solicits feedback, holding parties accountable for quick feedback
  • Screen applicants via telephone and/or Zoom
  • Determine the most qualified candidates and make recommendations
  • Use behavioral interviewing techniques to determine organizational fit as well as appropriate experience
  • Work with the hiring manager and candidates throughout the recruiting process, keeping both parties up-to-date regularly
  • Use our ATS software to track applicants and run candidate reports to keep CoS and CEO up to date on the candidate pool
  • Comply with all legal and professional standards during the recruitment process


Qualifications

Professional Competencies
  • 5+ years experience in recruitment at a rapidly growing company, preferably in an ad tech company
  • Track record of working in and creating a high-performance results-driven business
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow up to make sure of great execution
  • Proven ability in establishing recruitment KPIs and holding a team accountable to those metrics
  • Experience in recruiting from multiple geographical locations
  • Strong interviewing skills include: probing beyond what people say to assess real qualifications, active listening, thorough understanding, and application of behavioral interviewing
  • Ability to find candidates and follow through all the way to the first day of employment
  • Proficient at bringing recruitment offers to successful closure
