Job Summary:

  • Speaks with Clients building rapport
  • Collects and reviews Documents for their Home Loan
  • Reviews Loan Application for application
  • Submitting for Pre-Approval and collecting all Pre Approval Critical Conditions
  • Manages Accurate Data within CRM
  • Works with Loan Officers, Realtors, and Clients to ensure a smooth Loan Process from the Start


Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Skills:
•Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge.
•Willingness to gain NMLS License.
•Organization Skills.
