Your Role as the Production Manager
As the Production Manager, you will utilize your GMP, HACCP, and/or BRC experience to oversee the production and production team members in this fast paced food production environment! The Production Manager will ensure all finished products meet company standards and industry regulations. You will train, manage, and direct the work of team members to include- hiring, interviewing, and coaching and counseling. You will ensure products meet all aspects of quality, customer expectations and company requirements.
Expertise in production supervision or management within food production environments- HACCP, GMP, BRC
Strong knowledge in regulatory processes for food safety and quality
Strong communication skills
Strong technical knowledge
Proven team leadership skills.
