RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will check and approve all vouchers for payment

  • Prepare invoices and AP checks

  • Answer all vendor inquiries

  • Print accounts payable reports, maintain all AP files and answer vendor inquiries

  • Assist in monthly closings process for AR

  • Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:



  • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
