The role of the In-Room Dining Server
Transport food orders and amenities including any special needs and/or requests to the guest in room in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. Greet guests and be able to provide thorough description of food and beverage items. Breakdown, clean, and set-up room service tables and all necessary items; coordinate tray and table removal. Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
