The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager. This role serves as a temporary role to fill in while employee is on Maternity Leave. This position has potential to turn into a permanent
role. This position has a lot of Administrative functions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1.Review RFP for contractual, EOP, insurance, prerequisite documents 2.Create job on Building Connected (This is a construction software), Use template for market sector. Review with PM and publish.
3.Review subcontractors on Building Connected used by PM, Review Vendor
Registration for MSA status.
1.Follow up with subcontractors on bids
2.Manage questions from subs through Building Connected
a.AIA Contact with subcontractors ? Write, send out, track & post.
b.Request/gather job specific COI?s ? Make sure correct requirements from client
c.Send CMiC (construction software) Template to accounting with Budget
d.Change Orders ? PCI?s in CMiC ? Compose PM directed PCO (sub side and owner side). Write, send out, track and post.
e.Assist with AP issues
f.Submission/preparation of Permit application
a.Establish a relationship with L&I Department contact
g.Uploaded appropriate Drawings onto CMiC. Print hard copies for the superintendents. Print for PM team per request.
h.PM directed budget adjustments for invoices, change orders or materials
construction industry as a Project Coordinator, with experience using CMiC.
