SCHEDULE: Full-time

At HealthTrust Supply Chain Solutions, our mission is to support those who care for and improve human life.
The COE Pharmacist is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and making recommendations to assure the appropriate and effective use of pharmaceuticals for patient care within HCA and HealthONE hospitals. The COE pharmacist uses the medication process to assess, plan, intervene when necessary, implement and evaluate patient care in compliance with client hospital policies, protocols and procedures.

This is a full time, work from home position.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.  A Pharm D. is strongly preferred.  Appropriate state licensure is required.  One year of experience in a hospital setting is required and knowledge of Meditech is preferred.  Leadership skills, customer orientation, string interpersonal skills and general administrative skills will ensure success in this role.  The COE Pharmacist works from home following completion of formal training.
