The NobleReach Scholars program is a one-year initiative aimed at developing early-career talent in emerging technologies to serve in mission-focused organizations such as federal agencies and companies working on national challenges. Scholars receive mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities throughout the program.
Job Overview:
NobleReach is seeking a Partnerships Associate, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Scholars Program. This role will play an important role in identifying and nurturing key partnerships to help shape partnerships that connect tech talent with mission-driven government initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners. This role will support efforts to create meaningful connections between early-career tech professionals and key government projects that aim to drive innovation and address critical national security issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the research and identification of partnership opportunities within federal agencies and mission-driven organizations aligned with organizational goals
- Manage partnership data including government contacts, meeting notes, and follow-ups, utilizing Salesforce
- Help prepare materials and briefings for meetings with government and industry stakeholders
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordinating high-level government meetings
- Track partnership metrics related to government placements and generate reports on program impact
- Stay current on government initiatives and trends in tech policy that intersect with the program’s mission
- Engage in special projects that focus on connecting emerging tech talent with government-driven initiatives
- Participate in external events and meetings, providing operational support and gaining exposure to high-impact partnerships
- Perform other tasks as may be requested by leadership in support of the organization’s mission
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, Public Policy, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or administrative support, preferably in a government or mission-driven context
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Excellent organizational, administrative skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in a people-focused role; proven ability to develop stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to have an impact on society
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; ability to exercise flexibility and good judgment in complex situations
- Appetite for curiosity and desire to learn
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts
$71,000 - $110,000 a year
Offers will be commensurate on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
