Responsible for coordinating a variety of administrative processes and project tasks in support of assigned sales team and ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures; assist assigned sales staff with the development, creation, template customization, and preparation of sales proposals and presentations, which may include electronic or printed copy materials; enter and maintain client and prospective client information into the client relationship management tool (e.g., Salesforce.com) as per departmental procedures; receive incoming calls from assigned sales area and expedite calls as necessary, or communicate with internal departments to assist clients with their needs; as necessary, research, collect, compile, track, and verify client and prospective client data utilizing a variety of sources; act as a liaison between clients, sales representatives, and other internal departments in order to provide top notch customer service
Education
•Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, communication, healthcare, or a related area is required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience
•Minimum one year of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative support, marketing, data entry, or a related area is required
Other
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
•Previous experience utilizing a customer relationship management tool (e.g. Salesforce.com) is preferred
