The mission of the National Counterintelligence & Security Center is to lead and support the U.S. Government's counterintelligence (CI) and security activities critical to protecting our nation; provide CI outreach to U.S. private sector entities at risk of foreign intelligence penetration; and issue public warnings regarding intelligence threats to the U.S.

Duties
Serve as NCSC's Webmaster and SharePoint Site Collection Administrator.
Provide oversight, planning, and coordination activities that will support the NCSC websites on multiple platforms. Engage and collaborate with NCSC Content Managers to support the platforms and ODNI counterparts to complete web functions.
Design, build, and maintain web sites using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
Write, design, and edit web page content, or direct others producing the content. Ability to read, write, and update code provided by other developers.
Understand security protocols and review site content to compliance with policies and classification procedures.
Mitigate project risks by identifying the risk tolerances of customers and other stakeholders to determine overall acceptable levels of risk; conduct risk analysis to identify and prioritize risks; characterize threats and opportunities to determine migration strategies.
Monitor project teams to ensure project is completed on time, effectively apply team building and coaching techniques, and exchange project or technical information with team members and contractors at formal and informal meetings.
Collaborate with the work of team members; monitor work activities to ensure counterintelligence and security policies and procedures are followed; provide help or assistance to team members or others when needed; communicate needs and requirements to project team members.
*Accomplish complex IT projects or programs that may include ill-defined requirements, ambiguity, parallel tasks, multiple dependencies, high risks, and multiple interfaces; ensure alignment with strategic or corporate objectives define and review of customer and stakeholder requirements; follow plans and schedule throughout the life of the project.

Proficient using Content Management System (CMS) Joomla and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and podcast technology and software.
Experience with creating and modifying video and sound using various systems and software.
Experience developing client side code for web applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other technologies.
