Compensation: $20.90 to $24.17 per hour

Do you have a strong administrative background? Are you tech savvy, organized and ready to put your administrative skills to the test? Robert half has an immediate opportunity for self-starter Administrative Assistant who is looking to become a valuable asset to flourishing SF start-up specializing in e-commerce and online retail! Here you will be supported by a dynamic team of talented individuals. Being detail oriented and organized comes naturally, and you are enthusiastic to obtain new skill sets to carry with you as your progress in your career! Responsibilities ? Maintain calendar, including but not limited to; heavy scheduling, sending invitations, and arranging meeting space / video conference. ? Responsible for answering telephones and transferring as appropriate; taking messages; and/or assisting directly when necessary. ? Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing, filing, uploading documentation to proper sources including shared networks and/or programs. Utilize FedEx; UPS; and US Postal Service as appropriate. ? Greet clients, prospects and visitors. Direct and accompany to appropriate conference rooms. Coordinate meetings and conferences, including ordering food, and setting up and taking down the room. ? Maintain and process Managers? expense receipts and reports in a timely manner. ? Assist as necessary with document preparation, including editing, formatting and distribution of documents. ? Assist with project based work, including research as appropriate and directed. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Job Requirements

? At least 5 years administrative/clerical experience, -or- 2 years of experience with applicable education such as an associates or Bachelor's degree ? Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience/proficiency required ? all applicants should expect to take a skills tests prior to any offer of employment ? Operate multi-line phone system ? Communicate with customers and clients with a high level of professionalism ? Create invoices, process expense reports, handle communications ? Other clerical and administrative tasks which may not be defined here ?
