Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager in Richmond,CA.
We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance and repair of our fulfillment center in Richmond, CA as well as manage our growth and projects!
You'll be involved with strategic decisions on facilities, construction, and expansion-related activities and should have experience in this realm.
As Facilities and Projects Manager, you will own many aspects of our tremendous growth and need to understand how to successfully execute on project plans, deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed throughout projects. About the Role Maintain the facility's physical structure including, but not limited to Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Painting, Janitorial, Electrical and Welding Lead Construction and Growth Projects Manage timelines, set schedules, monitor progress Keep stakeholders informed and hold regular communication meetings Understand permits, inspections, and code requirements of existing and new construction Ensure we're maintaining an organized and relevant critical parts inventory system
Bachelor's degree Preferred with a minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing (preferably food) environment and knowledge of utilities, facilities or production equipment maintenance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Project Management including MS Project, or equivalent project management software proficiency
