The Recovery Support Navigator provides non-clinical services that engage, educate and support individuals seeking treatment and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community. The Recovery Support Navigator will be responsible for case management services that engage and retain opioid dependent individuals being released from state prison into medication assisted treatment in the community. This engagement begins while the individual is incarcerated and the support continues for the individual once they are released and return to the community. Extensive travel between outpatient and corrections programs is required.

This position covers the area of Middlesex, MA. Travel within the Middlesex County is required and mileage is reimbursed.
Pay Rate: $19.23 per hour. Spectrum offers comprehensive benefits including, but not limited to: health/dental/voluntary insurances, paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a prison setting as well as a community based substance abuse treatment center is preferred.
  • Candidate shall have a valid drivers' license and be able to travel between all outpatient and corrections programs as required.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
