Sr. Enterprise Business Transformation Manager

The Intersect Group is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Business Transformation Manager for one of their clients in the Atlanta area!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small number of high-profile global transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior business line management to formulate and manage project scope
  • Liaise with our functional teams on assessment design and deliver complex enterprise-wide processes that may cross multiple business lines
  • Conduct current state gap analysis create target state operating models and the process architecture
  • Create reports at executive level on progress value realization key risks and challenge
  • Build and manage change management plans which include - change impact assessments stakeholder analysis communication planning stakeholder education and resistant management
  • Support the build out of the new enterprise change management Center of Excellence framework contributing to definition rollout and gaining advocacy for our change management best practices

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of change management or project management experience with at least 4 years of experience with transformation projects preferably with big four consulting firms
  • Significant experience working in business analysis including requirements development and large scale business transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading and managing multiple projects proving project planning control reporting and presentations
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks preferably Prosci certified
  • Journey management impact assessment vehicle analysis communications planning implementation
  • Organizational design e.g. capacity modeling workflow span of control job descriptions
  • Independent and able to operate on own with some oversight
  • Excellent project planning control reporting and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Business operations process mapping redesign and implementation
