YOUR IMPACT

This candidate will be responsible for assisting with the execution of email marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and managing day-to-day corporate and advisor client requests.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Email Campaign Management
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging emails rooted in best practices
  • Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze email campaign and corporate program data to identify trends by audience, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Lead internal reporting for QBRs, management committee, and CMO
• Account Based Marketing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with workplace advisory team and provide regular updates on marketing tools and resources available
  • Act as Project Manager for corporate requests, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
  • Lead development and execution of Financial Wellness corporate toolkit, including day-to-day resources, bi-annual calendar, and group education
• Data accuracy and integrity: consistently ensuring that data collection, processing, and reporting are accurate, timely, and reliable
• Insightful reporting: Produces reports that provide actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision making
• Process improvement: continuously seek to enhance efficiency and output quality
• Cross functional collaboration: Works effectively with other stakeholders to ensure requests are met on time and delivered in full

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Experience in email marketing and data analytics (familiarity with Braze and Pardot a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a curious mindset

SALARY RANGE
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States based position is $55,000 – $75,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
