The technical Recruiter is responsible for meeting the hiring needs for our growing company. The role is responsible for supporting the end to end recruitment processes, which are being developed currently and changing rapidly. You will be responsible for sourcing applicants through various external vehicles. This position will interact with other recruiters, recruiting coordinators, human resources managers and hiring managers. This person will work very closely with our hiring managers to build the best sourcing strategy possible. Your expertise will be needed to educate our hiring managers on the recruiting processes, on making the best selection and assisting with drafting the best offer to these great candidates. This responsibility will cover recruiting in the US for multiple companies. You will lean VMS tools such as Fieldglass,, IQN, Beeline, etc. In addition to filling requisitions, this role might also include improving existing processes and documenting these improvements, drafting various levels and types of sourcing strategies, and implementing new recruiting related software and systems.
Requirements: Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work in a fast paced environment while performing multiple tasks and adjusting to changing priorities. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Must be detail oriented, a self starter, and dependable. Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in IT, technical, Engineering, creative, clinical and/or clerical staffing industry recruiter position required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
