Exverus Media is hiring a Senior Ecommerce/Retail Media Specialist to join our rapidly growing team!

About the Role

The Senior Ecommerce/Retail Media Specialist is an ROI/ROAS driven, lower-funnel expert who is able to combine advertising and innovation in ways that help our clients grow their business. This candidate is responsible for flawless campaign planning, management, and measurement of Commerce/Retail/Shopper Media, and translating data into actionable insights. The Senior Ecommerce/Retail Media Specialist should be at the forefront of the retail media industry, helping to define best practices, identify new opportunities, and actively test and learn across new platform and product launches to drive tangible business results for retail focused clients at Exverus.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in paid media, managing managing performance marketing campaigns for a recognized media agency or in-house media planning/buying team
  • 2-3 years experience with planning and executing eCommerce/Shopper Marketing programs and/or coordinating with Shopper Marketing and eRetail teams
  • Expert in digital planning and buying for Sponsored Search in e-Retail platforms: Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Kroger, Roundel, etc.
  • Additional platform experience preferred: Skai, PacVue, Criteo
  • Responsible for driving marketing objectives - ROAS/ROI, SOV, Revenue Targets
  • Set up campaigns to succeed from day 1
  • Strong client-facing presentation skills and demonstrated client relationships
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude toward work
  • Evaluate data-driven insights from performance data. Use critical thinking & analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to make decisions to beat client goals
  • Strong working knowledge of the industry and trade, sharing with co-workers and clients
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Amazon and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of paid and organic drivers of retail success (operations, promotions, content, paid search, off-platform media, etc.) and data-driven approach to optimizations and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Tag and pixel management, creative QA, and implementation
  • Proven project management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, and a flair for storytelling
  • Proven ability to develop strong professional relationships

  • Manage applicable client budgets with 100% accuracy
