Showroom Representative - CAP, Fairfax

Are you outgoing? Do you love helping people? We're looking for talented brand & product representatives to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersenas a Showroom Representative! Renewal by Andersen is the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country! This full time job is at our premier showroom location within the Fairfax area.

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $18 - 24 / hour. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma (Or Equivalent)

- Authorized to work in the United States

- You're a true people person

- Motivated to help build the RBA footprint

- Dedicated and dependable team player

- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
