KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer & Operations for our Consulting ([ Link removed ] - Click here to apply to Manager, Customer Experience (CX) Financial Services practice.


+ Lead client engagements with an outside-in, customer centric lens

+ Serve as a leader and key team member in client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely execution of project deliverables

+ Supervise staff level engagement teams in the field

+ Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary

+ Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members

+ Support and drive build out of client proposals, offering and solution deployment and internal activities


+ A minimum of five years of management consulting experience in customer strategy and customer-centric end-to-end transformation

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred

+ Experience working in either retail/commercial banking, insurance, wealth/asset management industries with specialization in designing and/or implementing process/technology improvements grounded in customer experience techniques

+ Demonstrated ability analyzing critical business requirements, identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities and developing innovative methodologies for enhancing competitiveness, revenue, cost optimization

+ Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

+ Travel is currently estimated at 50% or based on needs of business/client

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
