
Our client is looking for Customer Service Reps for their inbound call center team. People could be calling in about anything, from scheduling to questions for the clinic, clinic locations/hours and they will be the first point of contact, taking all the calls. They could be collecting patient information and demographics as well as verifying insurances, no experience is expected here. They work on their own internal system. It is a high call volume environment and they will be taking 40-60 calls a day. They need someone who has strong customer service skills, and a good phone presence. Professionalism is the biggest stress in this role. They are the first point of contact for every customer and professionalism/"put together-ness"/professional communication and enunciation. They will be trained to do inbound and outbound call center work.
