Job Responsibilities:

Mental Health Technician (MHT) team members must be passionate about providing the highest level of care and service to our patients. MHT team members are direct patient care providers responsible for positive role modeling, crisis intervention, and patient safety. MHTs work within the nursing department under the direction of an RN Charge Nurse. MHT team members will work with patients of all ages, children, adolescent and adults.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

This position requires a High School Diploma with patient care experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field. MHT position requires excellent verbal communication skills, strong customer service orientation, reliable and dependable attendance to work, and commitment to providing quality care to patients of all ages.
