Overview

Collects data regarding print volumes, environments, and workflows of division clients to inform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and optimization recommendations. Assists with managing assessment people, work, tools, and processes as needed.

*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

Responsibilities

- Collaborates with account teams and clients to plan, schedule, manage, and conduct accurate and comprehensive assessments of clients' current print environments.
- Compiles, synthesizes, formats, and delivers timely and accurate reporting of assessment activity (including floor plans)
- Assists with developing or updating assessment processes, training content, and tools that assessors use to conduct assessments (including remote assessments).
- Trains and coordinates activity of assessors; ensures all assessment deliverables are timely, accurate, and aligned with best practices.
- Proactively informs Canon and client stakeholders of assessment process, plans, progress, issues, and outcomes.
- Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks that arise during the assessment process.
- Supports pre-sales activity, as needed, including conducting pilot assessments and providing content for RFx responses.
- Maintains a working knowledge of available Canon equipment, solutions, and associated functionality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of document management industry.
- Clear, effective, precise written and verbal communication.
- Relationship building and customer service.
- Project management skills required.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity, quickly changing priorities, competing deadlines, and urgent requests.
- MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Curiosity and continuous learning.
- May require 50%+ travel to client sites, including overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend, as needed based on customer requirements.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Long periods of standing/walking while conducting assessments on location at customer sites required.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

In accordance with New York City law, this role, if filled in New York City: $58,500 - $79,170

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role, if filled in Westchester County, NY; Jersey City, NJ; Ithaca, NY, or Colorado: $52,870 - $79,170

In accordance with California law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role, if filled in California: $64,480 - $79,170

In accordance with Washington law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role, if filled in Washington: $65,478 - $79,170
