has partnered with an industry leader to recruit for 10 Support Desk Technologists
for long-term assignments on Madison’s east side.Shifts are Monday through Friday and multiple hours are available ranging from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
The Support Desk Technologist provides support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining. The job is primarily phone support in a call center environment done through remote support. The position will also include activities such as reporting, data entry, and/or knowledge document creation during down times overnight.
Associate Degree. Coursework in IT or IS preferred.
Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 issues.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call canter environment.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a help desk type role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Complex Problem Solving
