DH Pace Company, Inc., is looking for top performers and innovative thinkers as we continue to grow. We currently have a great career opportunity for a Entry Level Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years prior outside business to business sales experience in the door and dock (or related) industry, technical product sales, or construction building products sales experience preferred.
Call on commercial and industrial accounts in the Orlando, Tampa, and Ft. Myers metro areas.
Meet with decision makers to professionally present product line in an effort to engineer a solution for the customers.
Influencing customers’ decision to purchase from our vast line of door products.
Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale.
Achieve sales objectives set forth by management, track and record sales leads/activities and actively participate in sales meetings.
Work up customer proposals with actual measurements and technical details to accurately order correct product.
Take on additional assignments as needed.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience calling on Commercial Accounts in the Florida market is preferred.
Must possess valid driver’s license.
Outstanding outside sales track record and be ready to take your sales career to the next level.
Proven track record on building a new sales territory and establishing a new customer base.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an ability to develop relationships.
An ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
Must be proficient with Windows based programs and sales tools.
