Maintenance Technician - Residential Service & Repair
Summary
We are a property management company actively seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. If you have experience in Apartment maintenance, Hotel Maintenance, construction, home remodels, kitchen or bathroom remodels, we'd like to get in contact with you!
Experience in:
- Residential touch-ups, drywall patches and Stucco
- Plumbing - Basicserviceand repairs, fixture replacements
- Basic Electrical - swap switches, outlets, light fixtures
- Appliance installation and repair
You must:
- Have a valid California Driver License
- Have a car/truck
- Have basic power tools
- Frequently walking, bend, and climbing stairs
