Financial Services Institute is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a full-time position scheduled to start in the next few weeks. Based on performance, conversion to a permanent role is possible after 1 month. The hours will be Monday 8:30-8:00, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8:30-5:30, Thursday 8:30-8, and Friday 8:30-6. You will also work the first and last Saturday of each month from 8:30-1:00 and some overtime hours may be required. The pay range will be $10-$12/hour. INTERVIEWS ARE BEING HELD TOMORROW! Duties: Assist branch manager with processing loans and generating new business Greet customers via phone and in-person Service customer accounts, answer questions, and respond to inquiries Collect on customers’ past due accounts Process loan documentation Balance the cash drawers at end of shifts Compose reports on progress of branch Prepare bank deposits and transport Perform other clerical duties as needed Manage branch when manager is absent
High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in customer service, collections, finance, or banking field is preferred
