Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute various civil engineering projects.
* Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
* Typically works on civil-site projects including preparation of grading, drainage, site layout, utility and erosion control plans.
* Partner with internal project management team members by providing technical input and guidance for client conversations and multi-discipline design meetings.
* On occasion visit job site for construction observation duties.
* Perform other duties as required.

Education & Experience Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
* Minimum of 5 to 10 years' proven experience in civil engineering.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
* Proficient in industry - standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and client/customer management skills.
