Compensation: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year

Drive the development of the brand portfolio, pricing, taxation and distribution strategies across the region based on HQ guidelines, better practices and market dynamics in order to maximize brand performance and ROI, monitoring performance and suggesting corrective actions. Drive regional portfolio initiatives. Evaluate portfolio investment allocation and provide input to market Marketing leads on best investment opportunities. Supervise, advise and control the investment approval process (BAPs) as well as brand P L and resource allocation Working closely with regional SI Director, develop structured insight analysis to understand consumer behavior and growth opportunities. Establish and embed competitive strategy assessment capabilities across the region Responsible for preparation and delivery of all M S necessary work required for all Regional Management events and HQ reporting's (GM Meetings/Business Reviews/TDT and ASP, MLCs, etc.) in close communication and alignment of the regional functions. Serve the markets in developing and implementing equity-related initiatives via regular contact and market visits. Achieve alignment with key stakeholders. Enable best practices sharing. Facilitate strong internal communication campaign which demonstrates clear brand direction. Coach and mentor market teams across the region to ensure long-term capability development - paying particular attention to strategic planning, pricing, taxation and portfolio investment strategies.

Job Requirements

10-15 years relevant experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) marketing and sales functions Both global regional (in-market) experience LATAM cross-cultural experience Understanding of EP category Strong background in sales and trade marketing Appreciation of legislation/taxation, external relations, marketing standards in highly regulated industries Proven people management, leadership and communication skills.
