Job Description

Home contracting company is looking for a full-time Office Coordinator. Our goal is to help our customers with the best possible solution for their homes.The hours are 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM, M-F. The following are the job responsibilities and requirements for the position of Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
-Helping coordinate appointments to customer homes.
-Completing customer information screens within the computer system.
-Sending email messages and reminders to customers.
-Receive and process payments.
-Setting reminders in Outlook.
-Email Marketing and Social Media Updates.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Able to work independently.
-Good Communication skills.
-Organized and dependable.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Basic familiarity with MS Office and the ability to pick up on email marketing software.
-Scheduling appointments.
-Communicating appointments to technicians.
-Must have 2 years of office experience.
-Familiarity with Social Media
-Must be comfortable working independently as the other employees are usually out on job sites.
