Sales Executive  

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive in the greater Kansas City metro area 

What You'll Be Doing

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, i.e. property managers, management company leaders, and industry association contacts through  consultative and targeted selling approaches.  

This role will report to a District Sales Manager and strategically partners with National Account  Managers, and Regional Account Managers. Additionally, the Sales Executive will build internal relationships and work collaboratively with Billing, Customer Service, Save Desk, and Sales Operations.  

  • Sales Achievement- Achievement of sales targets  

  • Solution Awareness- Creating awareness for customers of Rent.’s array of solution services  

  • Solution Consultant- Being a solutions “consultant”, relied on by clients for expertise in the digital  marketing industry; matching Rent. solutions to client problems  

  • Relationship Management- Keeping clients engaged in Rent. solutions; ensuring our  solutions’ ROI is kept invaluable for their unique needs and that they are hungry to keep it  

Success Factors

  • Qualified Sales Funnel (BANT) - Salesforce reflects 3X sales goal (count and revenue dollars) for  90 days in the future.  

  • Customer/Prospect Meetings- 16 meetings (5 being with decision-maker), are held per week and  logged in Salesforce.  

  • Meetings scheduled in advance- (At least 5 with decision makers) logged into Salesforce. 

  • Customer/Prospect Contact & Follow-up- Every prospect and customer is contacted quarterly.  Priority prospects are contacted within (7) days with follow-up monthly. 

  • Pre-Call Plan- Agenda and pre-call questions are planned prior to each appointment; each drop-in  has SMART goals and backup objectives. 

  • Preparedness to Close- Has everything ready to close in any call/meeting (i.e.-contract ready to sign  and clear close objective).  

  • Industry Involvement- Professional participation in at least (1) industry/association-related  or management company specific event/month. 

  • Solution Understanding- Full understanding of RP products/solutions.

  • Achieving sales targets  

  • Acquiring new clients in a B2B capacity  

  • Establishing/managing a pipeline with appropriate size and speed of progression for current industry  • Gaining understanding of client unique needs to determine what solution is best to offer  • Utilizing strategic thought and deployment of pricing approach and product mix • Using data and analytics to present the most effective value proposition to clients

  • Salesforce

  • Sales in a subscription-based environment 

  • Multi-family industry 

  • Sales of digital marketing products and services

  • Developed acumen in digital marketing and platforms
