- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external - Numeric 6,000 - 8,000 KPH experience - Command of customer service - Foundational knowledge in MS Outlook - Order entry experience - Strong familiarity with Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph - Proven knowledge of typing 45 - 60 words per minute - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently We are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction.
