Summary
At ADT Solar, our Territory Sales Manager supervises a group of Home Energy Consultants and oversees their daily sales activities. They are responsible training sales employees, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that sales quotas are met for their assigned territory.
Supervisory and Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Essential Job Functions
Oversees daily sales activities for all Home Energy Consultants in assigned territory.
Provides in person and virtual training/coaching to sales team.
Hosts weekly in person meetings to review company updates and trainings.
Manages performance of assigned Home Energy Consultants.
Analyzes sales data to identify territory sales goals and set individual goals for assigned Home Energy Consultants.
Manages dispatch of all company leads in assigned territory.
Partners with Home Energy Consultants, Field Operations, and other business partners to address customer complaints.
Develops sales strategies to consistently grow sales volume month over month.
Assists in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Home Energy Consultants.
Partners with Talent Acquisition to establish local criteria for continued team development and growth.
Partners with Field Operations and other business partners to manage sales contracts through full project lifecycle to ensure prompt install and PTO times.
Assists Regional Sales Manager and other Sales leaders with new initiatives and growth strategy implementation.
Fosters a positive working environment for all Home Energy Consultants in their assigned territory.
