Subject matter expert auditing the hospitals on a regular basis to ensure specific operational objectives are achieved through identification of operational process improvements in accordance with the Prospect Best Practices manual.
- Responsible for onsite orientation, onboarding, and validation of the best practices at each hospital.
- Working collaboratively to share best practices at each of the hospitals.
- Provides a gap analysis by hospital on a quarterly basis prior to the quarterly review and an outcome based action tracker to the team with weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and outcomes.
- May be required to participate in future mergers and acquisitions as part of the diligence team.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Master's degree in healthcare or financial management field highly desired.Employee Value Proposition
